    Schertz Magazine let residents know about
    the agreement and about pending bonds up
    for voter approval.

    Communications

    Communications encompasses a wide range of campaigns influencing or educating the public about social, economic, governmental and other issues.  

    Since 1994, Brad has served as a spokesperson for radio stations, non-profit organizations, college organizations, special interest groups, candidates, state planning committees, elected officials, private and and public sector entities.

    As Public Affairs Director, Bailey oversaw the Civic and Community
    Centers, 311/Customer Care, PIO duties, Events Office, HOT Funds,
    Facilities Maintenance, and Schertz Magazine
    With the Swine Flu outbreak in Schertz in 2009 and 2010, Bailey served as the spokesperson for the area for both local and national media coverage.   Bailey has also served as the on camera and print spokesperson for the city's Emergency Services (Police, Fire, and EMS) on more than 100 occasions.   Between 1998 and 2012, Bailey has given interviews and represented his organizations at both the local and national level, including interviews with the Associated Press, Wall Street Journal, and Fox News.  In 2007, while serving as the Public Affairs Director and representing the city on a local, state and national level, Schertz was recognized by CNN/Money Magazine, as one of the top places to live in the U.S., and Number 1 in Texas. This was documented in the congressional record by representative Henry Cuellar.
